Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, November 15 & 16, 2025

Today I did Strong & Sweaty Ramped Up Upper Body for 47 minutes and finished with Hardcore Stretch Max #3 Bands for 18 minutes.
Legs really sore from yesterday's workout!
Right leg acting up again:(

Happy Saturday and weekend everyone:)

I opted to not workout today and sleep and rest the rest of the weekend. Plus there was some awesome college football. Congrats Dawgs!

Bravo on your workout. Sorry your leg is sore from yesterday. May I suggest rest, Advil, gentle mobility stretches or Epsom salts bath. I'm sure you already know or have tried those. Those are my go to's for soreness or injury.

Yesterday I did a growingananas cardio workout for 35 minutes. Today I did a 30 minute boho beautiful pilates workout.

Nora, thank you for the wonderful suggestions for my muscle soreness. Tomorrow I plan on doing some mobility. Was going to today, but ended up cleaning and watching football.
