I opted to not workout today and sleep and rest the rest of the weekend. Plus there was some awesome college football. Congrats Dawgs!

Strong & Sweaty Ramped Up Upper Body = 47 minutes
finished with Hardcore Stretch Max #3 Bands= 18 minutes
Bravo on your workout. Sorry your leg is sore from yesterday. May I suggest rest, Advil, gentle mobility stretches or Epsom salts bath. I'm sure you already know or have tried those. Those are my go to's for soreness or injury.
