Today’s workout:
YT- Orange Theory HIIT workout- 40 min.
This was the first time I did this, and I really liked it! And talk about variety! The first 20 min. Was 2 blocks of treadmill hiit training. Then it moved to alternating hiit intervals of lower body weighted exercise , upper body suspension training exercise, then bodyweight core on the floor and finished with short rowing interval. There were 3 rounds of all that, and ended with a nice stretch. Such fun, I am sure I will do this one again!
