Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Functional Fitness Circuit" - 50 min.

Afterwhile, I am going to do CatheLive- "Core with Yoga Blocks Express" - 25 min.

I'm getting too many workouts on my schedule, and I'm finding the need to double it up today.

Nora, on yesterday's thread, I answered your question about the CrossRope ropeless ropes.

Hi ladies,

Today I did another of those Dance x Dumbbells workouts which was 35 ish minutes. Not sure if they count the cooldown in that number. It was good and sweaty considering how humid it is outside today. Lots of squats in this one appeared to be a compilation of several of their workouts but you worked every muscle even with only 3 pound dumbbells.

mentioned Mike & Sophie’s Dance x Dumbbells workouts on YT. I checked out one
of them, either 1970’s or 1980’s music & they looked like fun! Just Wondering…

I know what you mean planning workouts I find it easy to get carried away. So many workouts choices and so little time and control, I want to do them all but I remember I don't have time or energy for all of them, LOL! Thanks for getting back to me on the CrossRopes questions. I decided a jump mat would be great to help my knees shock absorption wise but their price was too much for me. I checked out jump mats on amazon found one for much less and ordered it. I thought I'd have to pass on CrossRopes Ropless because of the price. I was ready to give up on that then DH told me I could order them, I stillwas ready to walk away. CrossRopes had a email sign in for discounts or offers of something. I signed up and asked for phone # to text discount code. It did 25% Off WOW!! I've only been able to find 15% off using code WINTER.The 25% off was a nice savings and surprise. So DH got me that for my birthday, which is tomorrow. Now I just got to wait, I'm so excited!!! I'll let you know when they get here and I try them out.

Hello Again Everyone,

I just finished more Dan the Hiit man - a 25 minute total body workout + 15 minutes of a weighted hiit cardio workout of his. It felt good to work out.

Nora - congrats on the crossrope purchase. I have the crossrope jump rope but never thought of getting the ropeless ones (My puppy recently chewed the life out of my ropeless jump rope which I had for over a decade, in perfect condition :( ). I love the crossrope jump rope. The handles are very comfortable.

Linda - your workout yesterday was super long!
Annette - humidity? the weather must have been nice yesterday for you. We had sun and rain

Nice workout Siobhan with Dan the Hiit man total body workout -25 min. and 15 min of a weighted cardio
workout as well. Yes, I had to double up yesterday, but I did Functional Fitness Circuit first, (the longer one)
and later in the day, I tackled the Core Yoga Block workout which was an express. Now they're checked
off the list! LOL!

Note to self : too many deadlifts and squats make this old lady's back hurt really bad. See there is a reason I don't do weighted squats and deadlifts, they hurt!!! Oh my!!
