I did not get much sleep so I reluctantly decided to skip the workout today.

I know what you mean planning workouts I find it easy to get carried away. So many workouts choices and so little time and control, I want to do them all but I remember I don't have time or energy for all of them, LOL! Thanks for getting back to me on the CrossRopes questions. I decided a jump mat would be great to help my knees shock absorption wise but their price was too much for me. I checked out jump mats on amazon found one for much less and ordered it. I thought I'd have to pass on CrossRopes Ropless because of the price. I was ready to give up on that then DH told me I could order them, I stillwas ready to walk away. CrossRopes had a email sign in for discounts or offers of something. I signed up and asked for phone # to text discount code. It did 25% Off WOW!! I've only been able to find 15% off using code WINTER.The 25% off was a nice savings and surprise. So DH got me that for my birthday, which is tomorrow. Now I just got to wait, I'm so excited!!! I'll let you know when they get here and I try them out.
