VideoSki- 10 min. Mt. Bachelor, Oregon" skier workout
That's my Saturday & weekend workout.

Nora, sorry to hear about your CC troubles........I've had that experience in the past, things like that worry
me everytime I purchase something online......kind of takes the "fun" out of buying anything anymore........
You said you ordered a rebounder, hope it didn't come from that.......that's not a good way to start out.......
Nicki, if you try the Ab blender, let me know if you like it. If you don't, just delete it. I like to use as many
different segments as I can when I blend

, and try to make them "flow together" as best I can. Everything
is standing, except the seated stability ball stretch. If you don't like that stretch, once you have it in your
library, you can pick out a different stretch, you can just delete the seated ball chapter, pull over the
stretch chapter that you want, and just be sure to click the update block. It will change for you, but it
won't change the original workout for me at all and won't change it in the shared workouts.
