Good morning ladies!

Today's workouts:

Blender- "High Step Legs & Core" - 37 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Mt. Bachelor, Oregon" skier workout

That's my Saturday & weekend workout.

Annette, hope your hip is feeling even better today.. sometimes it takes time...........

Nora, sorry to hear about your CC troubles........I've had that experience in the past, things like that worry
me everytime I purchase something online......kind of takes the "fun" out of buying anything anymore........
You said you ordered a rebounder, hope it didn't come from that.......that's not a good way to start out.......

Nicki, if you try the Ab blender, let me know if you like it. If you don't, just delete it. I like to use as many
different segments as I can when I blend :), and try to make them "flow together" as best I can. Everything
is standing, except the seated stability ball stretch. If you don't like that stretch, once you have it in your
library, you can pick out a different stretch, you can just delete the seated ball chapter, pull over the
stretch chapter that you want, and just be sure to click the update block. It will change for you, but it
won't change the original workout for me at all and won't change it in the shared workouts.

Send some of that rain to me! We need it. It was suppposed to start raining here yesterday and continuing for a bout a week, but that has not happened. Still no rain! BOO!
I am taking a rest day today and maybe tomorrow I will do something light. Looking forward to doing your ab blender. Thanks for sharing it!

Yesterday I did 35 minutes of LMR2 Upper Body and today I did 50 minutes of a C&E total body workout from YT. I will do my own stretch now.

Linda - It's been raining here too and is also pretty darn cold for May. I think it's 11 degrees today.
Annette - I'm sorry to read your hip is hurting. I hope it's nothing and you already feel better.

Glad you saw some sunshine! Supposed to start raining again around 3 with more thunderstorms this afternoon. Will be looking forward to seeing how much rain we got!
