I would love to do the Tracie rebounder again, but I don't have a rebounder & don't have room for one. Bummer. I did finally give in & bought Cathe's large yoga mat! Can't wait for it to arrive! I've been wanting it for several months!Good morning ladies....

again, I programmed a short little mix. I don't use the rebounder as much as I used to, but enjoyed

Deanna, yes, I also love the Gym Style workouts. Have you triedToday was Hardcore - Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Biceps. Another first time for me & I really enjoyed this program. Time flew by! I was done before I realized it! These Gym Style weight workouts are awesome! Endurance for sure! I am expecting some more DOMS.

Already looking forward to the time change! This is the one I prefer!!! I seem to do better with it staying light longer. During the winter I want to go to bed at 6:00, as soon as it gets dark.
Good job on the Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I love all the gym style workouts in the Hardcore Series. Have you tried Core Max and Stretch in this series? I had held off buying the mat for close to a year because of shipping costs, but darn it, I finally just caved & bought it. I've been looking for a few months & just can't find one as large with the quality.
