Good morning ladies....

Today's workouts:

CatheLive- "Metabolic Blast: Express" - 28 min.
FitPrime-G Force Rebounder & Weights w/Tracie Long - 20 min. dvd mix. ( This one is an old one, but
Deanna mentioned it in another thread yesterday, and I remembered I had it. So, to get familiar with it
again, I programmed a short little mix. I don't use the rebounder as much as I used to, but enjoyed
re-visiting this one.

Today was Hardcore - Gym Style Back, Shoulders, & Biceps. Another first time for me & I really enjoyed this program. Time flew by! I was done before I realized it! These Gym Style weight workouts are awesome! Endurance for sure! I am expecting some more DOMS.

Sundays are my complete rest days so have a great weekend everyone! See you next week!

Oooooo, To the Mat is one of my favorites!

Already looking forward to the time change! This is the one I prefer!!! I seem to do better with it staying light longer. During the winter I want to go to bed at 6:00, as soon as it gets dark.

I would love to do the Tracie rebounder again, but I don't have a rebounder & don't have room for one. Bummer. I did finally give in & bought Cathe's large yoga mat! Can't wait for it to arrive! I've been wanting it for several months!

Good job on the Gym Style Back, Shoulders and Biceps. I love all the gym style workouts in the Hardcore Series. Have you tried Core Max and Stretch in this series? If not, you should.
I have the large mat and absolutely love it!

I'm putting my next week's workout plans back a week and planning on doing a CatheLive each day next week! There are so many I want to re-visit, so I'm gonna try that and then I'll probably go back to doing a Live on Saturday like I've done here recently. We shall see!

I had held off buying the mat for close to a year because of shipping costs, but darn it, I finally just caved & bought it. I've been looking for a few months & just can't find one as large with the quality. I should get it by the 14th, so I'll let you know if I like it as much as I anticipate!
