Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, June 3 & 4th, 2023

Good morning ladies,

Hope everything is ok for all, and that you will enjoy your weekend!

This AM I did a short dvd mix of about 30 min. of STS 2.0 Tri Sets workout. Enjoyed it as much as the others I have done. Later on, I hope to do the STS 2.0 Total Body Stretch dvd which is about 23-24 min. long. I want to check this dvd again because this is the one that people are having a problem with. The first time I spot checked it, I did see little pauses, but I want to totally do it thru so I can see if I am experiencing any problems that would bother me..

Annette, I hope you are feeling somewhat better each & every day!
 
Good morning & Happy Saturday:)

No work out for me today, I will start Monday on STS 2.0 8week rotation and see how it goes. I'm used to more cardio (longer & more bike sessions)but I will give it a try.

I am so much better. I actually wore normal clothes today and went to Walmart with hubby. I did 22 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and none of the exercises hurt!!! Yay!!

Well, so much for a rest day……I ended up doing one of my new blender workouts,
”Totally STS 1 & 2: Lower Body with STS 2 Metabolic Core” - 25 min. I packed a lot in
25 min. In this one, using exercises from 1 & 2 and ending with 4 of the metabolic type
weight plate core exercises from those workouts. I think I did a good job on this one, if I
do say so myself:)
 
Thanks everyone.

I decided to take a walk downtown for about 50 minutes with a 10 minute layover in a store . It was nice to get outside. Made it to church this morning too.

PS add on 18 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Yea, we got next to no rain yesterday and none today. It was breezy but only in the low 70's so nice.

Sounds like you had a good day today too Annette with your walk & being outside. It rained & drizzled
here about all day. Yesterday was the day we were supposed to get rain & storms and we didn't get a drop!
Today it was supposed to turn sunny & I haven't seen it all day! So glad you are feeling better. :)
