Happy Saturday girls
Sorry to say I did not get to workout. DH was home and wanted to work on my workout room so I was busy doing that instead. Helped him with making custom shelving for storage issues in my workout room. Lots of stuff to do, not enough time, it is what it is.

Thank for your comments, regarding those my kitty is not any better, not eating or drinking water, we encourage her with a syringe of water squirted into her mouth. We'll need to call vet and see if we can't do something or schedule gall stone surgery for her. She was supposed to eat prescription food for a month, then xray and see if gall stones were safely shrinking to not making surgery a consideration. We'll see what happens after contacting vet Monday or Tuesday. The dish washer has a scheduled repair appointment for July 3, so hand washed dishes until then are in the forecast.

CatheLive- "Nothing but Upper Body" - 37 min. I'm sure that was challenging. I'm still feeling DOMS from GS Chest & Tricep's the other day, cathe got me good. Sadly kitty is not better we'll have call vet to see what we need to do.
