Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, July 4 & 5, 2026

Good morning everybody! Well, I changed my mind........wasn't planning on a workout this morning, but...
decided to do one after all! :)

Today's workout:

CatheLive- "Opposites Attract" - 57 min. (yikes, a long one!)

It's fun.....but it's long..............I think the time length was scaring me! :) but it seems to go faster than it is.
Anyway, glad I changed my mind and got it in.

Today I did a short Cathe warm-up and 25 minutes of a DanielPT KB/hiit workout. I've run out of time as I have to get work. I'm always glad to fit in a weekend workout (or 2).

Linda - WTG with today's w/o. I get scared with anything past about 38 minutes so I hear ya!
Annette - Thank goodness for the gym's air conditioning. You got in a great workout after your time away.
Nicki and Nora - have a great long weekend and maybe a great workout or two....

Do y'all have Monday off as a holiday because this holiday falls on a weekend?

Siobhan, great workout this AM! Yes, I prefer no longer than around 45 min total, but doesn't always work out
that way.

Around here, Friday (yesterday) was the holiday "day off" for alot of folks that normally are closed anyway
on Saturday. and I think if they are normally open on Saturday, they get today off. Example: we had regular
post office/mail delivery yesterday, but they are closed/no mail today. and some things, like grocery stores,
etc don't close at all........maybe they'll have shorter hours today, but some won't.

I think most people were off Friday! I was and most of our suppliers.
 
Happy 4th of July and Happy Birthday to our USA 250 years!!!:cool::)
There will be a ton of fireworks tonight. Jeff came over today and ate with me. We had Rotisserie chicken, deviled eggs, kale salad and watermelon then we watched the Canada / Morocco game. Very disappointed! Jeff left after that to go play pickle ball. I'm staying inside. SO HOT:mad:

Yep, she does opposing muscles in groups….a lot are done with stab ball, also tubing is
used as well as weights of course.

Yes, with my son! I made plenty of deviled eggs so I can eat them today and tomorrow. My son LOVES them too!
I might have to try that Live workout. Is it upper and lower?

I got a few left in my frig too:). I also like regular hard boiled eggs too, but not as much as deviled! When Jack was here, he’d always sneak in the kitchen & watch me while I
made them, & I’d always ask him if he wanted to see them when I was done, he’d
come over closer & I’d bend over with them & let him see & sniff them. I always think
about that when I make them.

Yep, upper, core & lower. She groups chest/back, bi’s & tri’s, shoulders & core, then a
group of legs & their opposing muscles.wh
