Good morning girls! Well, I was going to take a "rest" weekend, but decided to do a short workout this morning.
I have been "itching" to do Cathe's Live birthday workout from last week. It's 48 min., but I did the first half of it this AM and then went to stretch at end for an approx. 28 min. workout. It's so much fun and full of interesting combos. Next time I will do the warmup and go to where I left off and do the 2nd half. I am thinking of getting the download....haven't decided..... going to try and tune in to the Live Roadtrip bootcamp class later this morning.
