Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, July 29 & 30, 2023

Good morning girls! Well, I was going to take a "rest" weekend, but decided to do a short workout this morning.

I have been "itching" to do Cathe's Live birthday workout from last week. It's 48 min., but I did the first half of it this AM and then went to stretch at end for an approx. 28 min. workout. It's so much fun and full of interesting combos. Next time I will do the warmup and go to where I left off and do the 2nd half. I am thinking of getting the download....haven't decided..... going to try and tune in to the Live Roadtrip bootcamp class later this morning.

Tomorrow will be rest day.....Hope you all have a blessed and good weekend!
 
Hi Everyone,

Today I also did the Cathe Live for her birthday and stopped at the 31 minute mark as I was eager to do more Anabolic Aliens (12 minutes) and was running out of time. I am in training allllllllllllll weekend long from 1030am to 7pm. It ends Monday at 4pm.

Linda - I agree! It's a great workout with new moves that are tough!

Hi ladies,

Great variety! I ended up taking an evening walk for about 27 minutes. It was nice to get outside and not be sweltering in the heat. I cleaned a bathroom earlier so that was something and walked around Walmart.
 
Hi ladies,

After church, I laid in the sun for 2 hours. Then after supper I did 25 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes plus some punching and kicking and squats then squats with kicks. So not bad for a Sunday evening.
