I wasn't going to work out today, but I did :)

CatheLive- Fantastic Elastic workout- (did warmup, 1st half of workout & stretch) - approx 25 min.
IFit- Treadmill walk in Quintana Roo, Mexico- 15 min.
YT- AngieFitnessTV- Jump Rope & Cardio Intervals - 18 min.

Tomorrow will be rest day.

So after sleeping in and blowing off most of the day, I managed to get in 42 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and a stretch. So I did something.

Well, so much for a rest weekend! I decided this morning to do a 30 min. Hydrow "stacked"
workout.....They have so many shorter workouts to choose from, so I "stacked" a selection
to make up a 30 min. session:
5 min. Windy City Rowing Warmup- Chicago, IL
10 min. Upper Body Strength with Bands- Boston, Mass (filmed outdoors)
5 min. Core Strength with Foam Roller- Boston, Mass. (outdoors)
5 min. Mathews Rowing Cooldown- Mathews, VA
5 min. Post-Row Mobility with Foam Roller, Seville, Spain (outdoors)

So 30 min. of variety & fun ! Now, that will be it for today !
 
Hi Everyone,

Looks like we are all getting in some workouts this weekend. I didn't work out yesterday as I had too many case notes and a long day in the office. Today, on the other hand, I managed a short 41 minute Cathe Live PHA workout. It moved quickly and was fun.
