Happy Weekend Ladies! Have a good one!

My workout this morning was a Blender- "3- 3- 3- Express" - 30 min.

You ask, what is 3- 3- 3- ? It is 3 rounds. Each round is 3 cardio exercises & 3 metabolic exercises.
Hence, 3- 3- 3- !!! :) Just in case you were wondering !!! (and I guess, even if you weren't !)

I've needed to take 2 rest days. I've just been working so much these past few months that it's beyond my capacity to "do it all". I will be back at it tomorrow.

Nice workout this morning Linda - 3-3-3! Great idea!

Thanks for the update Lannette. That sounds challenging but effective. WTG.

Siobhan, You are smart to rest when you need it. I need to follow your wise example. :) Thanks for the WTG! Much appreciated.

Today I did Lite Metabolic Blast. I managed to match Cathe’s weights throughout. Her weights are quite light in this one but it represents progress for me.

It’s also the last workout of my “Lite” Rotation. I’ll finish out the month and move into February with my “ICE” & “Barre” Rotation. That’s the plan but I’m open to tweaking it depending upon how it impacts my body chemistry.

No, Lannette, that wasn’t my idea, that brilliant idea was Cathe’s! There is a CatheLive
called 3 3 3…..I really liked it and it followed that concept somewhat, but is longer.
So, in the blender I put together my own express version. :). I get a lot of my blender
ideas from CatheLive’s……I asked them a long time ago, if it was ok to title a blender
workout the same title as a CatheLive, and he said that you can give blender workouts
any name you want. :):)

Good job with Lite Metabolic Blast. I use ALOT of those exercises in blender workouts.

series of them.

oooh I will check out the Cathe live 3-3-3! It sounds familiar so maybe I already did this one in the past. So nice to see some of you getting in a weekend workout.

Today I was sooooo chaotic. I did a mix of Cathe - 15 minutes of 3 different workouts (which I cut short e.g. high reps, TTM etc).

I jumped into my new rotation with ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast. I did it barefoot on top of our two 6’ round mats put together. I’m happy to say that I matched Cathe’s weights and jumped the whole thing. A bit more progress and it thrilled me because I love to jump!

Lannette, yay on starting your new rotation with ICE Chiseled Lower Body Blast. Good
for you on the jumping. I am a low impact jumper, if that makes sense. My knees &
ankles just can’t handle higher impact anymore! That’s why I love a ropeless jump rope,
cause I can join in on the jump rope workouts while still using the lower impact
modifications:) While I modify a lot, I still try to keep it as close as possible.

Once upon a time, long ago, in another place and time, I was a serious performing Ballet Dancer. :)That’s why I prefer jumping without shoes. I jump like a dancer so not terribly high I guess.
