CatheLive- " Sweat & Shred Upper Body" - 46 min. (I love this one!)

Tomorrow will be a rest day....so hope you all have a great weekend!
 
Nicki, if you see this, I noticed that you ordered the new dvds........what type of shipping do you use when you
order? Do you do the free USPS shipping or do you use UPS? I don't know why I'm thinking that you use
UPS....
 
Hi girls and all that follow,

I fell and twisted my ankle about 12:30AM and its still uncomfortable and sore. I didn't think it was a good idea to workout on that basd ankle so I decided to rest. No workouts for me Sunday either.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

Today I did one of Cathe's latest live workouts - Feel the reps and core. It was a bit tough as I went heavy with most of the weights. I liked it and it was only 34 minutes.

Nora - I'm sorry to read you twisted your ankle. I hope it's nothing too serious. Enjoy your rest!
