Today's workout: CatheLive- "Upper Body Tubing & Weights" - 32 min.

This one was this week's Live workout- I really enjoyed it..... Matter of fact, I have a couple other Lives coming up
in my workout plans for the upcoming week.

Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Je suis retourne!!! Good morning friends. Merry Christmas to you all. I went to bed early and got up early so I could work out this morning. It felt good! Today I did Xtrain for bi's and tri's (gawwd I love this workout). I added on a 5 minute bodyweight push-up workout from BB. It was so tough. I am working all weekend so that's it for me today.

Linda - I saw that live workout but decided to pass. I'm glad you enjoyed it.
Great to see everyone posting workouts this past week :)

Hi ladies,

Today was Taebo Get Amped workout which is 32 minutes and I wore my boxing gloves. So at least it was something and with hubby home too, win win.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Lean Legs & Abs - the first segment for 23 minutes. I added on a 20 minute BB for upper body workout (whoa! that was challenging). That's it for me today.

Nora - nice mix of strength and cardio!
Annette - 30 minutes of Taebo with boxing gloves - you must have worked up a good sweat :)

Hello everyone, happy holidays and kudos to all of you on your workouts this weekend thus far.
I plan on trying another LMR today and I need to get on it before football starts at 1. Will post later this afternoon!
 
YAY! Got a good work out in, finally!
LMR Upper Body for 49 minutes
LMR Upper Body Bonus with Discs for 21 minutes
Lite Stretching Bonus #1 for 13 minutes

Ladies, the LMR Upper Body Disc bonus was rough! It really works on the balance but - there is a lot of wrist used and mine were hurting a little when I finished. Still, I liked this one for the balance challenge and will be doing this one every week or so.
Hoping this will help my legs a bit as they are getting a little better day by day, so I am encouraged.
