Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, December 16 & 17, 2023

Hi Linda! You're starting us off early.

I managed to get all of my admin work done yesterday so was able to work out today. I did a 30 minute Hoco from her 101 series. It was challenging.

Annette - I feel your pain about baking not working out. Although, I bet it tasted delicious despite the appearance.

Blender- "12 Days of Fitness # 6- Biceps - 20 min.
YT-private gym- TRX Xmas Blast Workout #2 - 20 min.
YT-City Colony- 15 min. Oldies Cardio drumming (actually did this last night)
IFit- "Ice Art Park, Fairbanks, Alaska " Holiday Bike Ride - 14 min. ( Really pretty)

We are up & at 'em Siobhan! Great job with your 30 minute Hoco from the 101 series.
You enjoy those Hoco workouts, don't you? Will have to check them out....my plate
is pretty full on my workout schedule right now! LOL!

Wow, getting it done early WTG!! Very nicely done today with:

Horizontal Conditioning - 30 minute Hoco from her 101 series. Yes, as I recall that was definitely challenging that is awesome!! You should feel very accomplished after that.

You're doing alot of Les Mills lately, I see......you know, I have never done any of those
workouts.....they sound tough, (hence, the word "Combat") Are they DVDs or something
on YT?

Since my workout schedule is pretty full for the next couple weeks, cause I am trying
to squeeze in alot of workouts I have on schedule before the end of the year, I did
go ahead and do a couple short rowing workouts this morning....

Today's workouts:

Hydrow- 5 min. Pre-Row Mobility workout in Boston
Hydrow- 5 min. Rowing- "Straits of Florida, Key Largo, Florida"
Hydrow- 5 min. Post- Row Mobility in Boston and then added on
Bitgym- 6 min. Rowing on Soca River in Slovenia
