Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did two short workouts by Midas MVMT - legs (26 m) and biceps/forearms (10 m). I just can't work out on Saturdays anymore as I have so many case notes to complete from the previous day before I start my Saturday (where I accumulate even more case notes). It was nice to work out!

Linda and Nora - thanks for keeping our cozy check-in alive! Nice workouts from you both yesterday (and today).

I don't blame you for taking a Saturday rest day ! I hadn't planned on doing a workout yesterday or today,
but the time was available, so I thought, why not? :):)
 
Hi ladies,

Today we stayed home from church since hubby didn't feel up to it. He goes from feeling ok, to feeling very unwell and bloated. We definitely had 2 different recoveries from the same surgery.

So I did 23 minutes of standing abs and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hopefully tomorrow I can get to the gym.
