Yay!! I got a workout in on a Saturday!!
Hubby is helping youngest son move so I have the house to myself. It is 80°F but I still worked out.
Found a CDORNER 48 minute Cardio Kickboxing Workout with HITT Intervals on YouTube, and I did it!! I am dripping wet but my workout is complete!!
