Good morning to all!

Today's workouts:

Blender- STS 2.0 Total Body Tri Sets Express - 25 min.
Blender- STS 2.0 Upper Body 2 Express- 25 min.

My original plan was to do one today & one tomorrow, but after I did the Tri Sets, I thought, heck, everything is out,
(step bench set up, weights, etc) so I decided to do Upper Body this AM too.......so tomorrow will be rest day!

Glad I did that.....still under an hour....

Today I managed 27 minutes of floorwork (including some new exercises I found on Facebook) for abs, legs and glutes with a nice stretch at the end.

Nice workouts ladies.

I don't usually workout on Sunday's but I decided to do a little one today. I have a physical tomorrow so I thought that exercising before would be helpful. I'm nervous about due to banging left breast with STS 2.0 for two weeks before I realized whatwas going on. I stopped STS 2.0 Started June 5 Stopped after second week.
Plus I have a mammogram September 6th, deep sigh. Needless to say I'm encouraging all the well wishes & prayers regarding my physical and September's Mammogram. Thanks in advance;

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- HEAVY HITTERS!-Best of SSS Music-20 min Indoor Cycling Class = 23 Min

Nora, you will do great tomorrow with your physical.

So I ended up taking a 42 minute walk in town then did 15 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.
