Hi Everyone,

Today I did 50 minutes of STS Meso 3 Chest/shoulders/triceps. I did my own stretch. My lower back/legs bothering me again. ugh.

I ended up going for a long walk yesterday as it was so lovely outside. I walked in the neighbourhood and stopped at a few friends doors to chat one hockey stick distance away from each other. It was nice to connect with friends in person again.

Well, I finally got my redeployment notice. I am heading into long term care/senior's centres near me. Don't know what I'll be doing yet so we shall see. This will definitely affect my lengthy morning workouts. But - I will be back to going to bed at an earlier time. I've been going to bed at 11pm which I don't like. Very late for me.

And... some of our provinces are re-opening the economy either immediately or next week. We have provinces with practically no cases e.g. New Brunswick, Saskatchewan, PEI, NFLD, Manitoba, the north so we shall see what happens.

Today I took a 65 minute walk, jogged some, walked backwards some, side stepped some. It was good and long, 62 degrees with a brisk breeze. I said 'hi' to a few people, and stopped a Fillipino man from running over his speaker off his food truck that he hit with a tree while trying to pull out of a parking spot on Main Street. I watched the whole thing happen too. And the girl that was with him standing on the sidewalk was on her phone.

Then I came home and did 15 minutes of floor work for abs, glutes and legs.

Hi all

Today was a long walk. Saturday is usually a rest day but it’s warm and sunny so I could not resist.

Ceci are you happy about going back to work? Working remotely is one of the things keeping me sane during this quarantine. They are starting to open some States here as well. I just hope it doesn’t backfire.

Today I did a 25 minute SSOD full body light weight workout + STS meso 2 biceps + 5 minute pilates + my own stretch.

What a beautiful day it was yesterday!

Lisa - I am happy to go back to work and happy to help out. Sure, I don't want to fall ill or bring anything home to my DH. I can refuse the work with no consequences other than being temporarily laid off (with full benefits, pension contributions etc still intact) but I've decided to give it a try. Help is very much needed right now in LTC homes.
