Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, April 22 & 23, 2023

Good morning ladies!

So I started the weekend off with a little YouTube workout that Cathe put on there back several years ago when she was doing "at home or at her gym" workouts (during pandemic) It is a lighter intensity workout, something along the lines of her senior workouts in Live. Alot of fun, with lighter weights, tubing & mini-ball.
About 35 minutes. I have done it before and so glad I thought about it and re-visited it. It was "just enough"
this morning to start off a "rest" weekend.

Hi Linda and all who follow,

Today I slept in, then decided to take a short walk before the rains come. So I took a raindrop avoiding 33 minute walk with a little bit of backwards walking, jogging and a sprint, and of course regular walking. I made it home just as the rain got heavier. So I feel better having done something.

Annette- Good for you to sleep in, I'm sure it felt great. Congrats on your rain drop dodging walk of 35 Min. Nice, you mixed up the walk with jogging, backwards walking, and regular walking, awesome Saturday workout.

Well girls, today was such a rainy gloomy day, I ended up doing another short Blender workout, just to pass time—-STS 1.0- Shoulders- 21 min. So much for a rest day, huh?
The good news is that the sun is shining brightly now! :)
 
Hi Everyone,

It was bucketing here yesterday too and cold. I had to take a rest day as I had too much work to do before I started my day in the office.

Today, however, I did a Cathe Live for back and bi's from pandemic days so it was just Cathe. I added on a 15 minute MPL daily flow workout which was a sweatfest e.g. crawling, kick thru's, v-ups etc.

Nice workouts from you all! Annette - so nice to get an outdoor workout.

I hope to see everyone tomorrow.
 
Hi Siobhan, great job with a CatheLive for back & bi’s & your daily flow MPL. While I enjoy the CatheLive classes with everybody, I truly enjoyed all those classes with just Cathe too…..they are like “one on one with her” :)
 
Rest day here today. Water heater blew this morning so hubby got a shower and I did not. So I stayed home from church. Hopefully it will be replaced tomorrow. Flooded most of the dirt floor basement. Fun day....NOT!
