Weekend Check-in, Saturday & Sunday, April 15 & 16, 2023

Getting the weekend started......for anyone doing workouts. I may do a couple short YouTube workouts later on.....if I do, I'll be back to post. Enjoy the weekend.
 
Well, I am back with a couple Short Saturday AM workouts……

YT- BounceFitBabe- Low impact Rebounder workout- 15 min. (I have done this one several times, a nice relaxing, easy rebounding workout)

YT- Juice & Toya- 15 min. Medicine Ball HIIT workout (first time I did this, will be doing it more, I really liked it)

Now…rest weekend:)
 
Hi ladies,

Today is an unusual day, hubby is almost 3 hours away with oldest son looking at a used truck for said son. So I am alone for most of the day, so I came to the gym for a leg day. I did 6 leg machines(25 minutes machine work) , 12 minutes on the stair machine, then 18 minutes of sled work similar to yesterday's workout and ended with about 15 minutes of floorwork and a stretch. So roughly a 75 minute weight workout lower body. I am beat.

Rest day tomorrow.
 
My goodness Annette, you got in a great Saturday leg day gym workout and a lot of variety too! Bet you enjoyed it and something different for a Saturday! Nothing wrong with that! :)
 
Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday as I knew I had a long day in the office. Today I did Cathe's RWH back/biceps and shoulders but blew off most of the finishers (not all). I added in 10 minutes of MPL.

Great workouts ladies! I hope to see everyone tomorrow at check-in.
