Weekend Check-in Saturday, September 9th & Sunday September 10th, 2023

Good Golly September is moving along quickly.

I managed to get most of my admin work done in between sessions yesterday so I was able to work out today! So happy!

Today I did another Cathe live for legs and shoulders. It was good. I went much heavier than Cathe and gang most of the time.

Nora - I am sorry to read you are still sore from hitting your sides with heavy weight. I am sending you positive vibes

Linda - I hope you get in a workout today!

Annette - another long sweaty workout and, in the heat!

Good morning girls! Yes, Siobhan, you're on the ball this morning! Nice job this morning with Legs & Shoulders......I haven't done that one yet....but.....

this morning I did do this week's CatheLive-Strong & Fit Chest & Triceps. Loved that one too! It's 40 min.

I guess next on my CatheLive list will be the Strong & Fit: Legs & Shoulders.......she said that next week will be Strong & Fit: Core & Stretch.

Maybe if you feel like it, you could get in some short bike workouts.....just a thought.....

I like your suggestion about shorter bike workouts. It's been tough as the sports bras and sweating & chaffing have irritated things. I am hoping this rest will have helped.
I think I'll try something Monday and see how I feel and go from there. I do miss Bike workouts. I need to do strength but I don't think it's a good idea until after Mammo.
May try very light weights like 3's, 5's, 8's and No closed grip bench press stuff.

I managed a 30 minute walk after the rain and wind cooled us off. It was nice to get outside for a short walk.

speak of…..it rained last night about 1 1/2 min. It is a little bit cooler this evening..

We got the rain with this weather system and the wind. Add on 22 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes and standing abwork with a stretch.

Today I managed an Amy Dixon DVD - Hiit 3 or something. It was tough. My internet was down this morning so had to pull out a dvd. I haven't done that in a while.

Linda - I'm gonna try the other Strong & Fit live workouts too!
