Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's 30/30 (same series). These are really quick and fun cardio workouts. I added on about 10 minutes from Cathe's LITE band workout and also did 20 minutes of LITE Pyramid Lower Body - I went heavier than Cathe as I have a lower step. Still tough!

I am on vacation again for a few days so I won't be working out (sadly). That said, I will try to check in daily.
