Hi Everyone,

Short but quick workout today as I am in the office and DH left early for golfing (which means there is no one to help me this morning - breakfast, pack lunch etc. ). It takes a village to get me through the day :)

Today I did Cathe's latest live workout. It was fun. My goodness Cathe looks so fit and amazing. I added on about 10 minutes of CG chest.

Annette - how do you work out on such little sleep? I'd have called it. So dedicated.

Annette, great job yesterday with 50 minutes on the elliptical and 27 or so minutes doing leg machines and floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Today's workouts:

Peloton 30 min. Hiit Treadmill Bootcamp and Int. Timer App workout of some boxing moves and total body
toning which was about 25 min.

Enjoy the day...& weekend ! Cooler here......right now, about 52 degrees.

Today I took a very short 23 minute walk around the neighborhood. I will do my floorwork a bit later . Nice weekend workouts everyone.

Siobhan- Great job on your Cathelive workout, WTG! I don't have Cathelive but I do own many of her dvds and love them. Cathe always looks amaziing and fit, never seems to age, lucky lady. Yes, it will be fun when as tome goes on and more stuff is shared. Being a wife/mom is workout on top of everthing else, bless you!

Linda- Way to get it done today with : Peloton 30 min. Hiit Treadmill Bootcamp and Int. Timer App workout of some boxing moves and total body toning which was about 25 min. Those all sound great and I'm loving the boxing, it's one of my faves. You rocked that workout WTG!!;)

Annette- You are amazing working out today after that stellar workout yesterday. Nicely done today with a 23 minute walk outside and 30 min of floor work.

I'm about 90% recovered today from my Friday Covid-19 Booster and Flu shot, Yay!! So I will be back in action Monday wtih workingout and checking in. I'm so excited about Monday! I normally take Sunday off.

Good morning girls ! Yay, Nora, on feeling better and ready to go Monday ! Your spin bike
is saying " Come back, come back " :) :)

Did you all see the couple pics they put up on the new workouts? Kristin is always there in
CatheLive every week and she's so cute, always a smile on her face !

Today I am doing a Firm workout- The Hare Workout. Going to program a 30-ish minute
mix on my dvd player from it. Re-visiting a blast from the past ! Also a Peloton "stacked"
workout which is 5 min. Boxing Warmup, 5 min. Arms & Shoulders Toning and 5 min.
Cool Down Treadmill Walk, for a short 15 min. workout. They have a Stack feature so
you can put the workouts you want to do in the order you want and they will play one
after the other, without having to search for each one everytime. Kind of a neat
feature. I don't keep the Peloton app subscription each month, so trying to do the
ones I want before subscription expires ! :)

Great job yesterday Annette with your relaxing outdoor walk and floorwork added on.

Good Sunday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of Caroline G - Iron Series legs (30 minutes) and added on almost 20 minutes of MPL. I am sweating. Now, to move on with my day.

Nora - I am excited for your return to working out. I am sure you've missed it. Glad to read you're feeling better after your shot.

Linda - I saw some pics. I have done STS (not entirely) over and over again. It's a fantastic series so I am looking forward to this program. The weights look heavy.
