Last day of self-quarantine! Phew!

Today I did more McFit Method Warrior - triceps workout. Loving this guy. wow. what a find! I did my own stretch.

lilacsinspring - I have never done a tammilee webb workout before. I need to expand my interests

Today I did more McFit method - pyramid style biceps for 30 minutes + pyramid style jump rope for 20 minutes.

have a great day everyone. i hope to see you tomorrow... monday's can be hit and miss for me so we shall see.
