My Saturday workouts: The Firm- Time Crunch-Cardio & Sculpt 20 min.
Peloton Bike Bootcamp-Upper Body 30 min.

Today I did a mix of Caroline G - legs for 40 minutes and added on MPL stretch for 20 minutes.

Pretty much a rest day. Walked and shopped in Sam's club and Wal-Mart both today. Got over 3200 steps so not bad.

Great workouts for you both. Beautiful day here.

Annette, all that walking you did yesterday (3200+ steps, WOW) and then added on 30 min of floorwork, WTG
I wish we had a Sams Club here, we have a Costco, but not Sams......Of course, we have Walmart ! 3 of
them!

My Sunday line-up ( one down, one to go) is CatheLive Step, Sweat & Lift, (did the warmup, weights section &
stretch) worked out to about 26 min. A little later I will do Gin Miller's Incline Walking on the Ramp dvd- which
will be about 30-ish minutes. That will be it for workouts today. I try to do at least 2 workouts each day, some
shorter than others, it just depends.... Have a wonderful Sunday everyone !
 
Ok, the above went so well, I added on an Interval Timer App workout of step & ropeless
jump rope - 20 min. :)

that will be it!

Hi gals,

Well, hubby and middle son went to the 1st home game of the Ravens so I watched our church service online and stayed hone.

So I had time to do a workout, so I did another 31 minute YouTube Taebo with my ankle weights on.

Now I am going to lay out in the sun.

Nice workouts everyone.

Wow. Did I not check in yesterday? I worked out! I did a mix of Caroline G for upper body and a 20 minute KB/Bodyweight MPL workout. Another big one yeah.

You both didn't miss a beat! Great workouts!
