Hi Annette (And Cathletes),

Today I did Cathe's latest live (loved it) and added on 15 minutes of MPL for core. Time to stretch.

Good golly Annette - you had a big workout yesterday. Your stamina is crazy amazing! I begin to crash around the 40 minute mark.

Today I did a 35 minute Taebo off of YouTube with the last 5 or so minutes being my own thing since my cable and/ or internet crashed. I had my ankle weights on the whole time, hand weights for the 1st 15 minutes and I used the hand weights during my 5 minutes of as lib when the channel crashed.

You got a good workout in,YAY!!

I heard from my England pen pal/friend today. She said that the country is grieving but that King Charles had addressed the country and sounded very competent.

I will do my floorwork later.

Most likely a rest day tomorrow.
 
Add on 30 minutes of vigorous floorwork for abs, legs and glutes. I am adding in different ab exercises to try and help the ole abdominal area.

Today I did Cathe's STS Meso 1 for legs (endurance) and I added on MPL for 15 minutes. I am drenched. My DH has started doing MPL as well (a few times per week and very short workouts - at least he is doing something).

Great workout for you, Annette.

And yes, he is Canada's King now too. I struggle with the whole Diana thing. Charles comes with a lot of baggage. Time will tell....

Hi Siobhan,

I will do my floorwork a little later. I am struggling with not doing anything today but I really do need the rest.

I found a pair of shoes to go with the dress for the wedding. Whew!! Really nice strappy pointed toe heel. I can wear hose or choose not too depending on the temperature.

Nice workout for you today and hoorah for your husband.
