Good morning everyone!

Today's workouts:

Int. Timer Pro App- 20 min. Total Body Weight Plate workout
Gin Miller- Intro to Ramping workout- 22 min. (Gosh, I have not pulled out my ramp for a long time, it was fun!)
IFit- "Cardio & CrossTrain Rowing workout # 10" - 20 min.

Rest day, I got about half my steps between Sam's club and Walmart. So a little bit of walking in the stores.
 
Hi ladies! Sorry I forgot to check in earlier, I took a rest day today and tomorrow is my usual rest day..

Good Morning Everyone,

I was up to work out yesterday but my body needed a rest day. I made up for it today and did the following:

Oliver Sjostrom cardio - 33 minutes
Bully Juice chest and back (heavy weights) - 36 minutes

I stretched in between.

Linda - nice workout yesterday! I've never done Gin Miller but recall the name from about 10 years ago
Nora and Annette - enjoy your rest days

I hope to see you all tomorrow.
 
So I ended up taking a 45 minute walk-around town and a different rural route home. Wind was blowing in my hair and felt wonderful.
