Rest day for me today. I walked a lot in Ottawa as I was..... shopping. Otherwise, no workout for me until Tuesday morning.

Hi Siobhan,

Rest day here too. Took a lady from church up to a bra fitting appointment at my favorite bra store north of here. She loved the attention and came out with 3 new bras. I was there to bring her (hubby drove us), and pick up the bras that I had ordered. We had a good time.

Enjoy your Thanksgiving dinner. Rest day again here. Dog doing worse, is collapsing when trying to get up. Hasn't drank anything since this morning and hasn't eaten anything except the cheese with her pills. Sad.
