Hi Everyone,

Sorry to be MIA. I have been so sick. A cold and bronchitis. It took until Thursday to get anti-biotics as I kept hoping I would improve so didn't call my doctor. No workouts this week and I couldn't work :(. I am still not that great but at least I am out of the house, moving about and now in Ottawa for Thanksgiving. I hope to feel able enough to workout by Tuesday. So envious of everyone's workouts!!

Happy Thanksgiving and I hope to see you all on Tuesday, fingers crossed.

Siobhan- Hi! So happy that you check in with us today.I didn't realize Canada celebrated Thanksgiving in October.
Sorry you've been ill. I used to get Bronchitis or Pneumonia everytime the seasons changed in the fall and Winter. My grandmother would take care of me diligentlty to make sure I didn't need to go to the hospital.
I hope you feel better and are able to add back activities in time. Just take care of yourself and feel better.
