Hi Everyone,

Today I did Sydney Cummings weighted pilates workout. It was challenging but it in a easy way if that makes sense.

Whooohooo ladies I was down 1.5 pounds this morning!!!!

So I came to the gym and did 17 minutes on the stair machine and 32 minutes on the elliptical machine and 7 minutes of floorwork abs and glutes.

Rest day today.

I took yesterday off of work and did so much in the house. I brought 8 bags to Goodwill. I have got to stop buying so much.

Congrats Annette on the weight loss.

Lisa: i hear ya! it's good to declutter and give good stuff to someone who will use it.

Today I did more Heather Robertson - Upper body/arms workouts. Very fun. Next, I did a short Heather Robertson KB workout for upper body. Next, I did a Live Fit Girl pilates workout which I really enjoyed. wow. All youtube workouts today. It seems the less I work out my lower body - the less my legs ache at night. hmmm

Ceci I don’t know how old you are but since I turned 50 (I am now 52) my legs are always sore or hurt. I noticed then when I do separate weighted lower body work it’s worse. I am trying to switch to more circuit or total body work to alleviate some of it. I also get messages at least twice a month as well as reflexology. I also don’t think my desk job helps but I can do nothing about that.

Annette congrats on the weight loss. I am an odd one in that I never weigh myself. I just go by how my clothes feel.

Today was Strong Total Body Live and yoga. I am getting a massage and to get my hair colored as the gray has taken over.

Hi ladies,

I ended up taking a 42 minute walk just because it is beautiful outside and the temperature is pleasant. So that is 7 days in a row of some type of exercise.
