Hi ladies,

Rest day here, walked around Sam's club. It is wet and dreary here due to the hurricane Ian so the weather isn't good for walking outside.

Nice to see some great workouts today.

On a good note I was down a pound this morning ,Yay!!!

Hi ladies

It looks like today will be an unscheduled rest day for me. I went to the doctor yesterday regarding a knee injury in June or July . My left knee that was injured has a knob on it., but does not hurt or impair movement. But still does n ot look right or match the other knee. So though I should have doctpor look at it. Apparently I have water on the knee as a result of my injury. My doctor did not want to drain it as in doing so could introduce bacteria or vulnerable to doing so. As someone with MS this could be a problem. My immune system does not function normally attacking the bacteria oir foreign body but attacks itself as is the nature with MS in my case. For me it would attacke previous damaged areas like optic nerves, spinal nerves, and the part of the brain that controls right side of the body motor skills. The doctor did say that the water can be re-obsorbed into the body. Draining doesn't seem to be necessary as it can decide to fill back up on its own. My doctor did advise me to ease up on exercise that could aggrevate it and no kneeling. Warned I should watch for any redness or hot feeling on that knee, if so call him right away or go to ER.

I will be back working out Monday /next week but maybe dialing it back to accomodate knee better.

Have a blessed weekend & great workouts;)

Nora

Hi Everyone,

I took a rest day today as it's been over a week since i had a real break.

Nora - sorry about your knee. I hope it doesn't impact your workouts too much - Pilates? Movement Parallels Life by Kellen, Cathe's Upper Body workouts or yoga? What kind of workouts will you be able to do now?

And no rain here. It's been sunshine and beautiful weather - around 17 degrees (C).

I hope I am back at it tomorrow. We shall see. I am feeling a bit under the weather but I am over-worked right now. Fingers crossed!
