Today I did Cathe Live #169 hiit cardio + abs. It was enduring for about 45 minutes. Now, to stretch. I am in the office all day today.

Wonderful workouts everyone!!

Today I decided to do something, I am sore today from yesterday's workout especially in my triceps.

So I did about 50 minutes of the Taebo Classic workout on YouTube for some explosive cardio.

Tomorrow should be a rest day or an outside walk.

Well, it happened again no workout today, I don't like that, but it is what it is. Plus today is my son's birthday. So, no workou for me today:(

STS workouts !) Ooh that is soo cool that the blender allows for shorter STS workouts, love that. Great job on your kick butt workout today. ;)

Annette- It's a nice way to change things up today with no weights but Tae Bo Cardio. Back in the day I so loved Tae Bo I bought the set when Billy Blanks was on QVC selling Tae Bo workouts, so fun and a major sweatfest. WTG excellent workout today as usual. Double high fives;)

Today I did a mix of MPL - 30 minutes and added on MPL core for about 17 minutes. You stretch while you work out so I am not sure if I need to do more. Here's the core workout:


Nora - Sorry to read you missed two days in a row of working out. We understand your lamenting. The grief is real. I am soooooooooo glad to be back at it.

Linda - STS Blender express workouts? Did you make these or did someone else? I used to love making my own workouts but kinda got out of the habit. Not sure why. It's so fun!

Annette - Another great Taebo workout! And long!

Yes, I made 36 STS express workouts in my blender library…one for each workout….
after today’s, I have one more and I will be officially done, except somehow I missed 2
in Meso 2, so I will go back and do those. Maybe I did do them and forgot to mark them. I don’t know:(

BitGym- 10 min. Elliptical hike-Rockies Trails, Alberta, Canada
IFit - Talayot Village Treadmill Walk, Menorca, Spain - 19 min.
ITP app- Step & Upper Body Pump Express - 25 min.

Little more than I normally do on Sunday, but still less than an hour & half..
 
Hi ladies,

I took a 45 minute walk/speed walk/ jog which included an hour and a half lay over visiting 2 older ladies who both used to take my class at the gym. Whew!! Home now.
