Hi Everyone,

Today I did day 4 of CG's EPIC series. It's been a long time since I did a workout that lasted 1 hr 4 minutes - not including stretch or warm up. Wow.

Annette/Wasnotwas - you both had loooooooooong workouts yesterday. wow.

Today I went for a quick 30 minute walk outside.

Then I did Pahla B Fitness Sweaty Strength Workout on Youtube

I also did Caroline Girvan's 10 Minute Lunges for Defined Legs on Youtube
 
Hi ladies,

After some housework, I decided to take a walk since tomorrow it is supposed to rain all day. So I took a 35 minute walk with 2 spurts of short lived jogging.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did day 5 (beginner's) of Caroline G. it was good but not a beginner workout. I added on 20 minutes of CG biceps and triceps. I did my own stretch.

Thanksgiving dinner tonight. yeah. only the my kids are here due to restrictions.

I did Body Max today. I'm thinking of doing some of the XTrain series next, anyone done the cardio workouts from them?
