Hi Everyone,

Today I did more Caroline G - total body. It was good and tough. Now, to stretch.

Annette - you have gym-radar. I am so impressed with your discipline. I find it tough to squeeze in workouts when away but then again - I stay at my MIL's and am juggling kids schedules.

Have a great weekend. I am in the office both days but only from about 9 to 2pm so not too bad!

We got home yesterday. Unpacked and did laundry. Ordered pizza and cheese bread for supper. BIG MISTAKE!! Ate 1.2 slices of pizza and 2 smallish pieces of cheesy bread. Went to bed early because we were tired. Woke up later, flushed and claustrophobic (cat was trying to lay between us), managing to sit up and proceed to lose all I ate onto the carpeted floor. Ugh!

Made it to the bathroom for rounds 2,3 and 4. I, between rounds, I had to go back to the bedroom and turn the light on to see the mess I had made, not pretty. Cleaned what I could up sprayed with carpet cleaner and ran back to the bathroom.

So neither of us made it to church today.

Hopefully it is just a stomach bug.
