Today I did mcfit method - 30 minutes of pyramid biceps + 20 minutes of Caroline Girvan non-weighted legs. It was good.

Probably a rest day but we shall see. Sore from yesterday in my triceps of all places.

Well, hubby went to Sam's Club by himself so I managed to do 2, 10 minute Taebos ( which are really 11 minutes long) one only kicking and one was the original 8 minute workout and an 8 minute Power punch workout. So 30 minutes of Taebo not too shabby for a Saturday.
 
Hi Annette,

You inspired me to reach for a kickboxing workout this morning. I chose Cathe's Rock'em Sock'em.

There needs to be independent research done on some of Cathe's workouts because they actually make me feel happy when I am doing them. Could Cathe's workouts help increase joy? I think so! What a fun workout. That said, Hard Strikes is my all time fav! fun fun fun!

Glad I could be inspirational to you. Today will be a rest day . We had to clean our oven after roasting the turkey made a mess on Thursday so my forearm and triceps are killing me more on the right arm from all the scrubbing we had to do before doing the self clean mode. Even after running the self clean we had to wipe it out and then try again to get off spots it missed. Ugh!! Not fun.
