Hi Everyone,
Today I did more MH (20 minute lower body weight workout) + SSOD Christmas Spin for 23 minutes. I added on a 3 minute MH cardio burnout workout and did my own long stretch.
In the office all weekend. Business has been crazy busy lately. Thankful for the biz .
