Good Morning All,

Today I did 40 minutes of Cathe's STS Meso 3 chest/back and added on a tapout XT workout (about 20 minutes of upper body band work and push-ups - forgot about how amazing these were).

Today I am in the office until about 2pm and then off to a Christmas Craft Fair

Hi Siobhan,

Today I actually went to the gym and did 65 minutes on the elliptical doing the rolling hills setting. It actually got my heart rate up, yay!

Then I ventured over to the sled and took off one 45 pound plate but left 1 on. I did do it at a good clip. Up and back twice, then I added a 25 pound plate to it and went up and back again can't remember if I did it twice or not. I was feeling it.

Then I pulled out the ropes and tried them. They are tougher than you think. It was pretty sloppy but hey I tried.

Today I used the workout blender to create my own lower body workout of a mix of squat rack legs + plyo legs (about a 40 minute workout). I added on Tapout XT core work for another 25 minutes. I am loving tapout xt. wow. I barely touched these when I bought them on sale for like $10 along with JNL Fusion. I feel like I have brand new workouts! yeah!

And great you ventured into the gym yesterday and tried the Sled. I am guessing it's a big calorie burn?

And yes, i went to the craft sale and bought 3 pairs of felted mittens (grey, red and black), two beeswax christmas ornaments and 2 pairs of handmade socks. I knit but just don't have the time with the two jobs.

Nice workout Siobhan. Yes, sled push can be a big calorie burn.

Today is a true rest day. Went to church and am now home. I realized this morning that I need blouses that can be tucked in. With the weight loss I can tuck things again but I need dressy blouses to go with my skirts.

Nice finds at the craft fair.
