Hi Annette,

I am just not checking in as much due to being so busy. I am taking Thursdays off for a while to see if I can find more balance.

Today I did a short Funk Roberts workout - bi's and tri's supersets + 10 minutes of an EMOM KB workout from FR's too.

Hi Siobhan,

Today I managed to do 22 minutes of floorwork for abs , legs and glutes which included that challenge that I am doing.

So at least I got something in on a Saturday.

That's great you got in a workout. It keeps the habit going.

Today I did more Funk Roberts. It did a superset metabolic type work for about 40 minutes. Now, to walk the dog.

My sister's health is very touch and go. We were all called to the hospital yesterday morning. Doctors believed she was going to die yesterday. She is still hanging in there! Time will tell.

Sorry to hear that your sister is not getting any better. Praying that she will make a turn for the better or that God will see fit to take her home.
