Good Morning Everyone,

I took a rest day yesterday. It was spontaneous as I was up. I read instead. Can you believe that finally, at the age of 56, I am reading The Handmaid's Tale. It's stands up the hype.

Today I did a short workout of Cathe Live 33 minutes PHA - heavy weights. I added on a short 6 or 8 minute segment of High Reps for shoulders. I am sweating. Now, to stretch.

Great workouts yesterday everyone! Another week of fitness down. I hope you all have a relaxing weekend.

Nicely done on today's workout with:

Strong & Sweaty PHA Training - Timesaver #1 = 31 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- HIIT Circuit Waves- 60 min Indoor Cycling = 56 Min

Hi ladies, Technically not an official workout but I walked downtown to out Market Days and took in all the vendors. Total time walking around roughly 65 min. So I was outside in the sun with nice temperatures walking around.

Looks like everyone is getting their Saturday workouts in.
 
Hi girls,

I had to revise my workout due to Kenucky Derby cutting into my workout time. I never got to watch the coronatuion of King Charles III. Too much oing o n today lots of distraction.

I opted to do this Instead:
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- 45 Min Classic Rhythm Ride Cycling Workout "Ride to the Beat"= 46 Min

Well, I decided to do a couple short YouTube workouts & treadmill this AM after all:

YT- fabulous 50s- 15 min. Weight Loss Indoor Walk (this lady is so cute and she has the
most adorable little dog that "helped" her in the workout....he or she was hilarious!)
YT-Juice & Toya- Medicine Ball Hiit Workout-23 min.
IFit - “Cliffs of Moher, Liscannor, Ireland” Treadmill walk - 18 min. (This is a beautiful place)

Great job yesterday Siobhan with CatheLive-PHA-33 min. I can't remember if I have done
that one or not....but I know it was Good!

Annette, nice walking workout to your Market Days! I bet that was alot of fun....

Nora great job with your 45 min. Classic Rhythm Ride Workout!

I didn't watch the King or the Kentucky Derby! Have a good & blessed Sunday

Hi Everyone,

Today I did CS from LIS. It was almost 40 minutes as I will do my own stretch. I added on PUB for biceps as I still felt like doing a bit more.

Linda - thanks for those workout suggestions from the other day - I can't remember if I responded :( And nice workout you squeezed in.

Annette and Nora - seems you both got in some cardio

Re: the Coronation - I don't know if a Canadian could avoid seeing even a few snippets of the coronation. It's everywhere. So many of us loved the Queen.
