Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

Today I did a short 35 minute Lean Legs & Abs - I didn't do the core work.

It was so nice to see us all checking in yesterday. All is well in the world again.

That's it for me today, that felt good especially for low back. I wanted to do the 5 Mile Walk and it seemed a nice low key workout for my birrthday, it was fun and felt good!

Today I did 35 minutes of RUUB - I didn't do biceps as I overwork them, in general. I should have taken a rest day as I was not into it this morning. Ah well.
