Hi Everyone,
Today I did Gym Styles - back, shoulders and biceps + 10 minute abs from SSOD and my own stretch.
I took a rest day yesterday but worked out on Friday and didn't check in (upper body Milhoy workout - light to medium plus a lot of push ups).
It's a beautiful day today and I will certainly enjoy it.
