Hi Everyone,

Today I worked out as I got most of my case notes done last night in between sessions. That's a first. Today I reached for STS 2.0 Total Body Giant Sets. It was a great workout. I am excited to try all of them.

Linda - So happy to see you checking in. No doubt you are missing your workouts. It's part of our identity to exercise. I am sorry you are dealing with health issues. I am sending you great healing thoughts!

Nora and Annette - great workouts yesterday!

Siobhan- Wow! you tried out STS2 2.0 Giant Sets already, Awesome!! Bravo and double high fives! So glad you liked it. I did not see you had started us off and I posted a thread and triedto delete it and then requested it to be deleted not sure if that happens.

I will be out of town today so no workouts for me today and Sunday is my usual rest day. I got my STS 2.0 yesterday in mail box. I will likely keep next weeks workouts short of a low key modified rest week keeping it short and no strength workouts. This will allow me to take my time reviewing STS 2.0 and waiting for the user's guide to be available to figure out how often to use STS 2.0 workout schedulse-wise. I will be checking in regardless.

For the most part a rest day, but I did do 12 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Hi Everyone,

Today I did more STS 2.0 - I did biceps + more than half of the triceps workout with no warm up or cool down. I am really enjoying these! I love single body part workouts and they are a good length - like almost 40 minutes each. I did my own stretch during the minute rest periods.

Nora - do you use dvd's? If so, maybe I have some I can unload to you. Lemme know.
