So I guess Cathe say the last of STS 2.0 is expected to ship Monday for the US, and the others a few days after that.
Time to start stretching and get in good form to stock the UPS man/person. We are in the home stretch for STS 2.0's arrival. YAY!!
Here's today's workout:
Jessica Smith- 10 Minute Walks- Arms & Abs Walk= 11 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Workout with me! 45-60 min Rhythm Ride + Encore (MOM) = 67 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Do This After Every Cycling Workout = 12 Min
I may change up my workouts nextweek or modified rest week toget ready for STS 2.0.
