Hi Everyone,

Busy day here in Ottawa. I Hope you all had a nice day today. No workout for me buts lots of walking. It's been pouring all day.

Siobhan- so glad to hear from you. Sorry it's raining there in Ottowa, good for gwetting walking in. I count that as exercise, WTG!!
In Oregon we call the rain liquid sunshine and smile and shake our heads. Have fun and enjoy;)

So I guess Cathe say the last of STS 2.0 is expected to ship Monday for the US, and the others a few days after that.
Time to start stretching and get in good form to stock the UPS man/person. We are in the home stretch for STS 2.0's arrival. YAY!!:)

Here's today's workout:

Jessica Smith- 10 Minute Walks- Arms & Abs Walk= 11 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycling- Workout with me! 45-60 min Rhythm Ride + Encore (MOM) = 67 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Fitness- Do This After Every Cycling Workout = 12 Min

I may change up my workouts nextweek or modified rest week toget ready for STS 2.0.

Hi ladies,

I am feeling better, 1st day my temperature hasn't gone above 101°F. So I laid in the sun for about 96 minutes. I just did 15 minutes of floorwork. So hopefully I am on the mend, still not sure exactly what I have/had but it last a long time. But I am down 5 pounds and still doing the BRAT diet until fever is gone.
