Hi Annette,

Today I did a mix of Cathe's RWH Upper Body Circuit and added on 10 minutes of move with nicole obliques workout for 10 minutes. I am sweating. whoa. but it's muggy too.

So today I managed a quick 22 minute Cardio kickboxing workout on the FitOn with Jeanette Jenkins. I wore my wrist weights.

Nice workout for you too.

It will probably be a rest day tomorrow.

Today I did Cathe's Xtrain Burn Sets for Chest and Back (premix) and added on 15 minutes of move with nicole pilates (abs only). Now, to stretch.

Enjoy your rest day. I am working in the a.m., a confirmation party in the afternoon, admin work in the evg. I am working from home again for 4 weeks. yeah.

Busy woman you are!!

After church, I laid in the sun for 2 hours, then I did some laundry, and did 10 minutes of floorwork for abs, legs and glutes.

Thunderstorm is a coming.
