Today I did STS Meso 3 Plyo Legs. I love Plyo legs. No repeats. It moves along with nice breaks and you crack a serious sweat. Cathe is just genius. Now, to stretch.

Today was a rest day a much needed rest day!! I am sooo sore from my new YouTube workouts that I hurt and can barely get up and down. So a rest weekend is warranted.
I intended to workout this morning but it got to be a hot day. When I got around to workout it was already 911 degrees and house was quite warm. That is a tough going for me as the heat interferes with my coordination & balance always and with arm and foot on right side of my body as that is the side I have MS permanent nerve damage and heat makes it way worse. So needless to say I did not workout today and tried to keep hydrated drinking lots of water and cool. Happy Mothers Day of two legged and four legged varieties. I can relate as I have both. Happy Mothers Day, have wonderful and blessed day

this morning (at least right now) is very pleasant, a little coolness in the air......
Today I did STS Meso 3 for shoulders, bi's and tri's. It moved quickly (I did it in 45 minutes instead of 58 as I did giant sets instead of taking all of the rests). When I took the minute rests I did my back exercises. yeah.
Enjoy your rest days everyone. Nora - sorry you didn't get to fit in a workout. The heat would hold me back too. I only work out early morning else no other times work for my mindset.
