Good Saturday Morning Everyone,

I had an easier day yesterday so was able to get in a workout this morning. I opted for 35 minutes of a Caroline Girvan tabata workout. It was so good. 4 sets of each move to keep things moving and interesting. I will do my own stretch.

Nora - I'm sorry to read yesterday was a bit tough for you. It sounds like you did a lot! I hope your hair looks great :)

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did a mix of an old Cathe Live for Upper Body - 4 rounds with cardio at the front of each round. It was good and 45 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates. I'm not working until 1pm today so it's a welcomed leisurely morning for me.

Sorry I was MIA Friday & Saturday.

I'm afraid the heat was getting to me Friday and Saturday so bad it was tough to get my balance so I had unplanned rest days.
My apologies on the no workouts Friday & Saturday. I decided on Mother's day to do Saturday's workout today. Especially since I wil be out of town Wednesday and won't be working out.
