Weekend Check in Saturday March 20th & Sunday March 21st, 2021

I thought February flew by. March has been unbelievably quick. wow.

Hi Annette (and Cathletes whom we would love to have join our check-in :) )

Today I did a short workout of Lesmill pump - 25 minutes of kickboxing (not nearly as good as Cathe - i was gonna grab a cathe workout and changed my mind - big mistake - huge)

I added on a 12 minute biceps/triceps/shoulder lesmill pump workout - that was tough!

Ok, hubby went over to oldest son's place so I threw in the cd from yesterday's class and changed the moves to another workout that they hate the music . I think it went fairly well. So I did a 47 minute circuit. Yay!! A Saturday workout.

That's great you worked out on the weekend!

Today I did a mix of Caroline Girvan - her latest dumbbell hiit workout + a workout blender low impact lower body workout from LIS - all in all - an hour workout. Phew! I love having time for a longer workout

Rest day here. Waited too late to take a walk, it is too cool now without changing my whole outfit.
