Hi Annette,

Today I did Cathe's ICE Lower Body Blast (not the cardio one) + about 10 minutes of move with Nicole. Now, to do my own stretch.

Annette - I never noticed you don't teach daily. I struggle to keep track of my own days, often wakening in the morning, asking my self "what day is this?" as I have no real weekend. You only teach twice a week! I swear I thought it was daily except for weekends (and you corrected me about Mondays). I can see why you are able to put your heart and soul into it as you have breaks in between.

Well, my ladies made the suggestion on Wednesday after the new workout that they preferred more reps of everything.

So I decided to split the routine into 2 workouts : Warm up, Basic/Intro combo, Combos 1, 2 and 3 then skipping to Combo 7 and then the Cooldown.

Workout 2 would be : Warm up, Basic /Intro Combo, Combos 4, 5 and 6 then Combo 8 and then the Cooldown.

So I tried Workout 1 doubling all the reps and it was only about 35 ish minutes at best. Sigh. Still worked up a sweat but not long enough. So I might add a weight segment to get it to 45 or 50 minutes.

So I got some cardio in today, yay me!

Good luck with your workout choreography.

Today I did Cathe's Turbo Barre - I didn't finish it all as it's almost 1:20 hr. I forgot how fun this is. no dread. lots of variety so it moves soooooo quickly. wow.

Rest day here.

I watched videos of weighted exercises that used the step and got about 13 exercises to make up the weighted segment. Not sure how long it will be but it is something.
