Hi Annette (and friendly Cathletes),
Today I did an older Epic 1 upper body workout with Caroline G (40 minutes) and added on one of Cathe's X10 short workouts (10 minutes). X10 is phenomenal. Why don't I add this onto my weight workouts more often? Love Cathe! I am feeling so much better. My Osteopath was amazing this week and I am steering clear for a while from any kind of lower body workouts unless it's barre type workouts.

Sorry to read your blood work didn't come back as you would have liked. Heart disease runs in my family but so far so good.
